What did the recruiting process consist of from start to finish? (e.g. how many rounds, format of interview, how long did they last, etc.)
One pre-screening and two phone interviews
Best: stable company Worst: dysfunctional leadership at the very top of the company - individually smart but as a team there is excessive yelling and cursing which creates a toxic political culture within the company and ultimately is resulting in the company being uncompetitive in the Cloud.
