What did the recruiting process consist of from start to finish? (e.g. how many rounds, format of interview, how long did they last, etc.)
2 rounds: one phone interview then on-site circuit-style interviews over one day, where I had about 6 1:1 interviews, each 30-45min in length
More communication and involvement of the actual hiring teams leading up to the final interview. It was odd to deal with 2-3 different HR people and alumni of my school for the first round interview and setting up the final day in Seattle, but then not know much about the actual people I'd be working with. I think a system like some other tech companies do, where you have 1 phone interview with HR, 1 phone interview with a hiring manager, and then a superday with the whole team might make more sense so you can get better context earlier in the process.
