What did the recruiting process consist of from start to finish? (e.g. how many rounds, format of interview, how long did they last, etc.)
Two rounds. The first round was a Skype interview with a manager that lasted ~30 minutes. The second round consisted of three sub-rounds: a case & presentation, an impromptu presentation, and an executive interview. All together the second round too about six hours in total.
What advice do you have for someone recruiting here, and how would you recommend preparing for the interviews?
Practice CAR/STAR statements that highlight your leadership and analytical abilities. Practice basic case interviews.
