What did the recruiting process consist of from start to finish? (e.g. how many rounds, format of interview, how long did they last, etc.)
3 rounds, with 2 rounds on the Superday. All behavioral interviews. Round 1 had a 30 minute interview, Rounds 2 and 3 each had two 30-minute interviews.
What advice do you have for someone recruiting here, and how would you recommend preparing for the interviews?
Talk to as many people as you can in the program to learn more about it, and make sure it is a priority before you start committing to the process. Read up more on the firm and it's priorities, and have a good vision of what you think you'll get out of the program.
Best: Mobility, prestige/ support of program, diversity of experiences. Worst: large organization, which comes with expected bureaucracy sometimes
