Work 50+ weekly, specially after hours. Show management you are willing to sacrifice your personal life over work and always pursue visibility for your accomplishments. Lead team phone calls, create presentations, new tool tutorials for team mates...etc.

BEST: bright people, numerous teams working on numerous technologies. You can change teams often enough to learn new technologies and develop your career. no micromanagement. Scholarships/tuition reimbursement, diversity inclusion at least for entry level positions. WORST: excessive amount of time consuming meetings. excessive layers of management. budge cuts sacrifice employees. not sure about before but in the last 5 years, loyalty to the employee or employer is nonexistent
