Very good. Flexibility was one of the main reasons I enjoyed my role. This varies from manager to manager at Citi (i.e. it's not a company wide culture)
What did the recruiting process consist of from start to finish? (e.g. how many rounds, format of interview, how long did they last, etc.)
Three interviews, all over the phone. The first two were mostly behavioral questions and the last one was a mix of behavioral with some brief technical questions.
