What did the recruiting process consist of from start to finish? (e.g. how many rounds, format of interview, how long did they last, etc.)
3 rounds with heavy emphasis on cases. Behavioral questions as well.
Ability to 'brainstorm' during a case interview. BCG likes to follow a partnership approach with the client and hence seek candidates that could sit next to the recruiter on a round table and have a conversation about a business problem. Further, creative solutions or approaches to solve a business problems are appreciated.
