My favorite perk is 10% of you base salary in profit sharing gets rolled into your 401k in addition to a 2% match. You don't need to provide anything to get the 10% profit sharing. This is in addition to performance based bonuses, which are paid in cash.

For on-campus hires: First Round (on campus) One 45-minute case interview One 45-minute behavioral interview Second Round (at A.T. Kearney Office) Two 45-minute behavioral interviews One case presentation: candidates will be given a written case and one hour to prepare. The candidate will then present the case for 45 minutes and a Q&A session.
