What did the recruiting process consist of from start to finish? (e.g. how many rounds, format of interview, how long did they last, etc.)
3 interviews. One writing test. Interviews last hour each with everyone from SVP to Manager to other Associates you would work alongside with.
What advice do you have for someone recruiting here, and how would you recommend preparing for the interviews?
Research the company and the specific individuals you will interview with well. If tasked with a writing assignment, focus more on the quality of the writing than the accuracy of the technical elements.
